Montel Williams appeared last year with Dr. Oz to talk about his experience with receiving the Liberation Treatment. Oddly enough, Montel did not appear to realize the treatment he received was in fact called The Liberation Treatment, being named by the man who discovered the procedure Paolo Zamboni.

Based on a contributor comment on “An email response from Dr. Tomasz Ludyga’s office,” a clinic is opening in Warszawa, Poland specifically for the treatment of CCSVI. The name of the clinic is AMEDS Centrum Sp. z o.o.

From the looks of it AMEDS Centrum will be offering full service medical tourism accommodations where they will pick patients up from the airport and take them to their hotel.

I emailed Dr. Tomasz Ludyga’s office to find out how much it costs for screening and treatment for CCSVI in Poland. Here is the email response I received:

To answer to you, I must explain that the diagnosis of CCSVI in patiens with SM, should be confirmed by Colour Duplex Doppler of th Jugular Veins (Not arteries! ) or Magnetic Resonans of Jugular or Azygos veins, or (during the main operation) – angiography of these vessels.   If there is not any stenosis of these veins – this is no posibillity to treat (by dilatation and implantation of stents)

Before the main endovascular treatment, we also offer CDD of veins , MR, or Angiography for SM-patiens , But first, patients should contact to our consultant-doctor, for access  to a treatment .
